Terms & Conditions
- Furniture can be exchanged in good condition within 3 days with 15% service charge. It is not applicable for customized, set broken and fabric product.
- Set Order can be changed within 3 days but set broken or customized order cannot be changed.
- Goods once ordered cannot be cancelled by customer, if cancel 20% cancellation fee applicable. Customer get 80% refund, within 7 working days. Customized order cannot be cancelled.
Mode of Payment
- Please make payment using your Credit/Debit Card or direct account transfer of the banks we have partnered with. Please check before you pay.
- Haat Furniture Ltd. will deliver the product within 7 Working days (for stocked product – inside Dhaka) it will take 15-20 working days for non-stock products. Delivery of product will be done after negotiation and confirmation of customer confirmed over telecommunication.
- In case of delivering outside of Dhaka, product will be delivering by Haat Furniture Ltd. or by third party logistics which would be done with communication with the customer. In that case customer will pay the delivery fee by third party logistics. Haat Furniture Ltd. will not be liable for any damage of the product during deliver by third party logistics. Time schedule for delivery will be confirmed after negotiating with customer.
- Delivery charge is variable depending on districts & order amount. If customer change shipping method or address the extra expenses arising will be invoiced separately.
- Product will be delivered after 7 working days (for inside Dhaka or 15-20 Working Days for outside Dhaka) of encashment of full payment.
- Delivery date may change for any unavoidable circumstances or covid-19 lockdown.
- Product development is a continuous process and thus there could be minor changes in different versions of the product. This will not affect the functional utility of the product.
- Product’s color can be different from photo.
- Haat Furniture Ltd. will pay delay penalty valuing 1% of the value of the goods per week if the delivery is not done within standard deadline. However, there will be 15 days buffer before any such penalty is applied.
Inventory Holding Cost
- The customer will pay inventory holding cost valuing 1% of the value of the goods per week if the customer doesn’t take delivery of the completed goods. However, there will be 15 days buffer before any such cost becomes due.
- 5 years free service Warranty for any manufacturing fault. No warranty/guaranty for glass, fabric, rexin, lock, light, handle and knob.
- Customer are requested to bring the purchase voucher & warranty card to avail the service.
- To ensure better service the damaged product might be taken to HAAT service center. For that customer will bear transportation charge.
